One Love Herbs was born from transformation.

I did not grow up on herbs.
I grew into them.

My journey began when I made the decision to heal myself naturally. I was searching for answers beyond prescriptions, beyond temporary fixes. That search led me deeper into nature, and deeper into purpose.

Traveling to Jamaica with my Jamaican husband changed everything. There, I was introduced to traditional herbal remedies passed down through generations. I learned directly from his family and elders in the community observing, asking questions, studying preparation methods, and understanding the spiritual and physical connection to the earth.

What began as exposure became discipline.

Inspired by pioneers like Dr. Sebi and driven by relentless research, I immersed myself in learning. I studied herbs. I tested. I applied. I healed myself first. I committed to understanding what I was using not just following trends, but understanding roots, minerals, detoxification, and the body’s design.

Then something powerful happened.

Others began healing too.

Harvesting a variety of herbs myself, being in nature, touching the soil that is where I feel aligned. This is not a hobby. It is not a phase. It is devotion. It is lifestyle. It is legacy.
