Refund policy

At One Love Herbs, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality herbal products. Due to the nature of our products being natural, consumable, and handmade, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because our products include herbal supplements, sea moss gel, drinks, and wellness products intended for personal consumption, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

This policy protects the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Fresh sea moss gel is a natural product with a limited shelf life.

If your sea moss gel spoils or arrives compromised within 24 hours of receiving your order, you may qualify for a one time exchange only.

To request an exchange, you must:

If you receive the wrong item or a product damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement item only.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
