-Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
-ONE LOVE HERBS is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
-If your package arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oneloveherbs@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
